We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support the movement of urgent and high-value shipments in Carlsbad, California. The person in this role will help keep shipments on track, coordinate with multiple parties, and resolve issues quickly to support the successful delivery of sensitive materials.
Responsibilities
- Oversee active shipments from pickup through delivery, monitoring progress closely and escalating delays or service risks before they impact timelines.
- Review shipment records, quantities, and supporting details to confirm accuracy and address inconsistencies in coordination with relevant partners.
