About the Role Join Lear Corporation as a Logistics Coordinator responsible for coordinating end-to-end material flow in a Just-in-Time manufacturing environment. You will ensure parts arrive on time with zero production disruption and collaborate with production, suppliers, and transport partners to maintain lean inventory and high service levels. What You'll Do
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time delivery aligned with JIT production schedules.
- Manage daily transport plans, carrier communication, and shipment tracking to avoid delays or line stoppages.
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment to maintain minimal stock without shortages.
- Collaborate with production planners and suppliers to align delivery windows and adjust to demand changes.
- Resolve logistics disruptions quickly, including shortages, urgent shipments, and transport issues.
- Analyze logistics performance (OTIF, lead times, costs) and implement continuous improvement actions.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP or transport systems to support real-time visibility and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all logistics activities. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production support in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Just-in-Time (JIT) or automotive lean manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and transport or warehouse management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced plant environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
