About the Role As a Logistics Coordinator II at ICON, you will oversee and optimize logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of materials for clinical trials. What You'll Do
- Oversee the coordination and execution of shipments, deliveries, and inventory management for clinical trial materials.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address and resolve logistics challenges.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate shipping and inventory records. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and shipping (import/export), with strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Training in dangerous goods handling is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in logistics software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Nice to Have
- Dangerous goods handling training (preferred). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $51,552.00 - $64,440.00 per year
