About the Role ICON is seeking a Logistics Coordinator II for ICON Labs in Farmingdale, NY to oversee and optimize logistics operations ensuring the timely delivery of clinical trial materials. This role will support supply chain and procurement deliverables to drive quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the coordination and execution of shipments, deliveries, and inventory management for clinical trial materials.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address and resolve logistics challenges.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and shipping (import/export), with a strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Trained in dangerous goods handling is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in logistics software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Salary range: USD 51,552 - 64,440 per year.
