Logistics Assistant / Driver – Damboa
About the Role
The successful candidate will support facility maintenance, stock management, and safe transportation of staff and materials using the organisation's vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
- Inspect facilities regularly and report maintenance needs.
- Monitor repair materials and maintain records of repairs and replacements.
- Receive, inspect, organise, and record stock items.
- Drive organisation vehicles in line with safety procedures and traffic regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks, arrange maintenance, and ensure vehicles are clean and roadworthy.
- Ensure vehicle documents and driving licence remain valid.
Requirements

SSCE or equivalent; relevant technical qualification in logistics, electrical, IT, mechanical, or related fields is an advantage.

Knowledge of Damboa LGA is an advantage.

Valid driving licence and good driving skills.

Strong repair, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
