About the Role Join Mattel's CZDC logistics team as a Logistics Analyst on a fixed-term basis through the end of 2026. Based in Jazlovice, Central Bohemia, this role supports warehouse administration and external co-packing flows, driving process improvements and strong collaboration with 3PLs, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling time-sensitive situations in a hybrid office/onsite environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for CZDC warehouse with contracted 3PLs (warehouse operators, TMS, carriers, co-packers).
• Execute replenishment between Mattel distribution centers and external co-packers; monitor on-time delivery, receipting accuracy and damages.
• Collaborate with Mattel Customer Fulfilment Team and Regional Local Item Team on co-packing projects and operational issues affecting customers.
• Monitor carrier performance; conduct daily operational reporting against forecasts and SLAs; report throughput volumes and on-time execution.
• Identify and implement improvements on replenishment process, reporting and analysis; drive efficiency, cost savings and better customer experience.
• Assist in day-to-day planning, forecasting and operational requirements with 3PL partners.
• Stock management: daily analysis and spot checks on stock discrepancies; perform inbound/outbound checks as needed.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with 3PL partners; analyze claims; allocate responsibilities and draft action plans.
• Work with 3PL partners and suppliers on packaging specifications and usage; ensure packaging and processes comply with current and upcoming legal requirements.
• Assist with budget preparations and record-keeping; maintain accurate records and files.
• Discover trends and innovations in warehousing and logistics.
• Facilitate timely delivery of packaging and equipment for Special & Rework operations ahead of required lead time.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a logistics role with connection to 3PL providers; Czech and English at a communicative level.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound flows; monitoring KPIs and taking corrective actions.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel user.
• Comfortable in a warehouse/Fulfilment Centre environment; experience working with operations teams on CIP.
• Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross annual salary: CZK 604,800 - CZK 718,200; Bonus scheme: Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) with target of 5% of base salary; payout based on company and individual performance results.
