Logistic Operator

About the Role You are in charge of executing physical flows of goods (purchased and manufactured items): reception, put away, storage, picking and line feeding, packing, shipping, inventory and materials handling. Your goal is to align physical and ERP flows while complying with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and driving continuous improvement in logistics processes. What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures; follow safety, environmental and emergency procedures; report near misses.
• Handle goods, trolleys, etc.; notify Warehouse Mgmt. of safety, site keeping or maintenance issues discovered during inspection.
• Execute ERP/IT transactions in real time before each physical movement using mobile devices to ensure correct system flow.
• Know and use ERP transactions to align physical and system flows and understand interactions between them.
• Detect anomalies and report unresolved issues to your manager; prioritize activities during emergencies (e.g., missing parts).
• Preserve materials throughout handling, storage, line feeding, NCR and shipment processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement of processes by proposing enhancements; apply and respect appropriate methodologies & processes.
• Perform the main process activities (Inbound, Storage, Inventory, Picking & line feeding, Packing & shipping, NCR handling) as a logistic operator.
• Inbound: perform goods receipt in real time using ERP and store materials in stock (put away).
• Storage: apply safe storage conditions (max weight, hazardous materials rules); update ERP in real time at each movement; manage scrap after management authorization.
• Inventory: follow inventory counting rules (blind count, stock reconciliation, delegation of authority).
• Picking & line feeding: pick and kit on time in ERP; prepare materials for production line with correct identification and accessibility.
• Packing & shipping: process shipment requests on time; pack and ship at required quality; manage NCR logistics cell.
• NCR: carry out NCR processing per established procedures; track NCR physically and in the system; create, treat and follow NCR with teams; work with QA and materials planning to close NCR.
• Handling: follow handling/storage rules and possess required qualifications and licenses (e.g., forklift driver). What We're Looking For
• Education: Mandatory IT knowledge; completed mandatory education. Desirable: High school diploma; English language skills desirable.
• Experience: Mandatory understanding and experience with logistics issues; field experience; EHS knowledge; forklift driving experience and forklift driving license for forklift drivers only. Desirable: Knowledge of ERP SAP environment.
