About this role
Logistic Manager
As our Logistic Manager, you will:
- Logistics planning (P1)
- Materials planning and production control
- Physical logistics (supplying production lines, warehouse dispatch and logistics services)
- Warehouse management and stock control (number of cycles, annual stock-take, etc.)
- Implementing and managing logistics projects to improve processes and optimise costs
- Departmental budgeting, staffing planning and team management
- Operating and taking responsibility for logistics processes in SAP (ERP)
- Organising internal flows of materials and finished products in accordance with LEAN principles
- Overseeing transport operations and optimising related costs
- Collaborating with suppliers and customers
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
- 3–5 years’ experience in project management roles within an international environment, preferably across various logistics and warehousing functions
- Very good command of English
- Experience in project management or team leadership
- Results-oriented
- Customer-focused
- Flexibility in thinking and the ability to adapt
- Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of LEAN, demonstrated through examples and implementations
- Proficiency in Excel and the ERP system (SAP)
- fluent Polish is a must
