Schedule
- Three 10-hour days or four 8-hour days
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday preferred with flexibility for other days
- Clinic hours can be adjusted
Requirements

Must be an MD or DO

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology within 5 years

Illinois license or active IMLC LOQ required
