About the Role
Process9 is seeking a Localization Specialist to support multilingual content solutions for fintech clients, leveraging MoxWave and MoxVeda to deliver accurate translations across websites, apps, and digital communications.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate translation and localization of digital assets including websites, mobile apps, net banking/mobile banking interfaces, forms, training materials, and communications.
- Collaborate with expert linguists to ensure accuracy, preserve legal integrity, and maintain brand style guides.
- Support multilingual chatbots and voicebots, videos, emails, SMS, and other digital communications to ensure consistent messaging.
- Ensure seamless data synchronization across languages with minimal backend intervention.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of translation terminology and style guides.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in localization/translation, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong linguistic capabilities with attention to nuance and cultural appropriateness.
- Familiarity with AI-powered localization, MT, and machine translation, particularly with Indian data and domain-specific content.
- Ability to manage multilingual websites/apps and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of data security and privacy requirements.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered localization and MT pipelines.
- Knowledge of fintech terminology and maintaining consistency across languages.
