About the Role SafeFreight Logistics LLC is hiring for a full-time Local/Regional Class A CDL Driver to haul Amazon freight and support our Amazon Freight Partner program. You will operate on regional round-trips and be part of a small business with the resources of a larger company. What You'll Do
- Haul Amazon loads (primarily no touch freight) using Amazon-branded equipment and technology, including brand new sleeper cabs
- Service regional round-trip routes on 36 hour shifts (13 hour run - 10 hour break - 13 hour run)
- Maintain reliability and safety to meet Amazon's on-time delivery commitments What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
- Pass DOT Physical
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & valid DAC report
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English; communicate with the public and understand highway signs
- Must not have any current CDL suspensions or revocations
- Comfortable using handheld technology and GPS for navigation Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $45,000-$80,000 take-home pay per year + benefits
- Additional earnings: $22/hr for local routes and $23/hr for regional routes, with overtime possible
