Job Description

• Manage and resolve incidents and new user requests in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate tasks related to suppliers.
• Creating Reports
• Installation and configuration of networked computers with DS operating system image.
• Installation and configuration of networked computers with SF operating system image
• Configuring User Profiles on DS Computers
• Software installation, configuration and inventory
• Installing and Configuring Printers and Scanners
• Security incidents handling
• DHCP server (QIP) management
• Manage and support network cabling activities
• Mobile phone management
• Responsible in acomplish IT Audits
• Responsible in acomplish IT KPI´s
• Monitoring and execution of necessary actions at the security points in DS equipment
• Consulting to users on IT procedures and policies.
• Execution and participation in local and corporate IT projects.
• Creation and updating of procedures, manuals and work instructions.
• Time Management
• Project Management
• Priority management
• IT Incident Handling in Ticketing Tool (BMC Remedy)

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced English
