About the Role Linde is seeking a local Class A Bulk Tanker Driver to deliver CO2 to customer sites using tractor-trailer tankers in Marshall, MN. You will play a critical role in the logistics operation, safely transporting cryogenic gases and ensuring compliance with safety standards, laws, and regulations, including potential assignments to government facilities requiring extensive background checks.

What You'll Do

• Conduct and report pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Trailer coupling and uncoupling (drop and hook) when needed
• Connect and disconnect transfer hoses, ensuring secure couplings and proper handling of cryogenic tanks, hoses, and fittings
• Monitor pressure levels and temperature readings during delivery to ensure safe unloading
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during loading, unloading, and handling of cryogenic gases
• Ensure hazardous material shipping orders/papers are in accordance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation, logbooks, and records in compliance with DOT and company policies
• Identify need for timely vehicle repairs and/or maintenance
• Maintain a professional partnership with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs
• Continuously building your knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds to help organization to continue growing
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years tractor trailer experience
• HS diploma or GED
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement preferred
• CDL Class A required
• Ability to pass extensive background checks for government facility deliveries
• Strong safety focus, attention to detail, and adherence to DOT regulations and company policies
• Willingness to work local Marshall, MN route and home daily

Nice to Have

• Experience with cryogenic gases and hazardous materials paperwork
• Familiarity with cryogenic transfer equipment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $90,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
• Average pay of approximately $103,000 per year
• Home daily, 5 days on with 2 consecutive days off
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
