About the Role Steelers Enterprises LLC is hiring Class A CDL drivers to work with its Amazon Freight Partner program. This is a full-time driving role based in Detroit, MI (also serving Woodhaven, MI) with home daily routes. You’ll drive local and regional routes on a schedule that keeps you home after every shift, and you’ll operate with Amazon-branded equipment on no-touch freight. What You'll Do
- Haul Amazon loads (100% no touch freight) using state-of-the-art Amazon-branded equipment and technology, including brand new day cabs.
- Drive local and regional routes that have you home after every shift.
- Work a minimum of 39 hours per week (3 shifts of 13 hours each) with opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
- Help ensure Amazon's commitments to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).
- Must successfully pass DOT physical.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the public and to understand highway signs and to complete records.
- No current CDL suspension or revocation.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and good DAC report. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay starting at $22 per hour; drivers average around $45,000 take-home pay per year.
