About this role
NOCA Canadian Seafood Buyer Inc. (Suncoast Seafood) is looking for dynamic, self-starter individuals to join our team as Lobster Processors at 87 Chemin du Quai, Grande-Digue, NB. These are seasonal positions paying $17.00 to $19.25 per hour, 30 to 65 hours per week, with overtime required.
Responsibilities

Cut, clean, and trim lobster prior to marketing or further processing

Check lobster sections to determine optimal number and size of sections

Cut sections to specification and place in containers for weighing

Check products and packaging for defects and conformance to company standards

Disjoint and remove meat from lobsters and other crustaceans for canning or further processing

Record production information

Set up and operate machines to can, bag, box, or package seafood products

Clean and maintain the workspace

Please note: this job is physically demanding, involves standing for extended periods, and is performed in a noisy, cold, and wet environment.
