REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or certificate in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in lending, sales, recruitment, or financial services.
- Strong customer acquisition, marketing, and sales skills.
- Experience in loan portfolio management and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales and loan disbursement targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and acquire new customers to grow the loan portfolio.

Market loan products and generate quality leads.

Process loan applications and support timely loan disbursement.

Monitor loan portfolios and ensure quality management.

Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on repayments.

Achieve assigned recruitment, sales, and portfolio quality targets.
