We are currently based in Osogbo, Osun State, and are expanding rapidly to other locations across Osun State and, subsequently, the South-Western region of Nigeria.
As part of our expansion, we are currently recruiting qualified and motivated individuals for the following positions in Osogbo, Ikirun, Ede, Ilesha, Ile-Ife, Iwo, and other locations across Osun State:
AVAILABLE POSITIONS
- Portfolio Manager
Experience: 1–3 years
- Senior Portfolio Manager
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in client management, loan disbursement, portfolio management, and loan recovery.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must demonstrate:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service and interpersonal relationship skills.

Ability to market and drive loan products, acquire and manage clients, disburse loans, and effectively recover repayments.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and consistently meet or exceed set targets.

Strong result-oriented mindset and willingness to grow within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Previous experience in a Microfinance Bank/Institution or other financial services organization will be an added advantage.
