ABOUT THE ROLE

We are urgently recruiting aggressive, target-driven LOAN OFFICERS to grow our Salary Advance and Personal Loan portfolio. This role is for marketers with an existing, verifiable client base who can hit the ground running.

KEY REQUIREMENT Must Have: Robust and Active Client Base in IPPIS LOANS - Federal MDAs across stated states and neighboring states Robust and Active Client Base in PARAMILITARY LOANS - Army, Police, Navy, Civil Defence, Immigration, Correctional Service, etc. Proven ability to originate, process, and recover loans consistently Strong relationship with HR, IPPIS Desk Officers, and Paramilitary Pay Units If you don’t have an active IPPIS/Paramilitary portfolio, please do not apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and onboard new clients from IPPIS MDAs and Paramilitary formations
• Educate clients on loan products, eligibility, and repayment process
• Ensure complete documentation, KYC, and compliance for all applications
• Meet and exceed monthly disbursement target.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline
• 2+ years experience as a Loan Officer/Marketer in a Bank, MFB, or Loan Company
• Verifiable proof of IPPIS and Paramilitary client base will be required at interview
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Must be resident in stated location and willing to do field work
• Honest, disciplined, and "goal-getter" mindset
