About the Role LNA on a 29-bed Geropsychiatric Unit (GPU) serving patients 65+ with co-occurring cognitive impairment and psychiatric illness. Reports to the RN and works under the Clinical Nurse Manager to deliver direct and indirect patient care within the LNA scope, providing personal care and emotional support. What You'll Do
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
- Report observations, symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patient condition to the RN
- Provide basic support to patients and families and document in the medical record as appropriate What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Current New Hampshire licensure as LNA
- Ability to obtain BLS during orientation and maintain during employment
- Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS Compensation & Benefits
