Job Title: LMP Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt - Rivers / Field Operations

Role Summary
- The LMP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of LMP pumping activities at the wellsite.
- The role coordinates personnel, equipment and materials, ensures compliance with approved operational procedures and HSE standards, and serves as the key link between the field crew, client representatives and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise LMP pumping operations and field personnel.
- Ensure LMP equipment is properly rigged up, tested and operated safely.
- Coordinate pumping activities in line with approved programs and client requirements.
- Monitor pressure, flow rates, volumes and other relevant operational parameters.
- Conduct pre-job meetings, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Ensure proper handling, mixing and pumping of treatment fluids and chemicals.
- Coordinate with the Company’s field engineers, client representatives and other service providers.
- Monitor equipment condition and ensure timely reporting of faults or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate operational records, job reports and equipment logs.
- Ensure compliance with Company procedures, HSE requirements and wellsite rules.
- Identify operational risks and take appropriate corrective action.
- Lead the LMP crew during mobilization, rig-up, operations and rig-down.
- Support post-job reviews and provide recommendations for operational improvement.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant oilfield/LMP experience, preferably 5+ years, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of pumping operations, equipment and wellsite practices.
- Good understanding of HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
- Ability to read and understand job programs, equipment specifications and operational procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on field rotations and under demanding operational conditions.
