About the Role Join Capgemini as an LLM Agent Developer to help world-leading organizations unlock the value of technology through AI-powered agents. You will develop agents using MCP and A2A protocols, leverage Azure OpenAI capabilities, and apply Python development skills within an Agentic Architecture. You will also augment CI/CD pipelines with Java/Groovy scripting in collaboration with global teams. This is an onsite role based in New York.
What You'll Do
- Develop LLM agents using MCP and A2A protocols within an Agentic Architecture.
- Leverage Python development and Azure AI/OpenAI capabilities to design and deploy AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to integrate solutions into CI/CD pipelines using Java/Groovy scripting.
- Apply best practices for security, scalability, and performance in production environments.
- Contribute to Capgemini's collaborative community of colleagues around the world.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience with LLM agent development using MCP and A2A Protocols.
- Proficient Python development skills.
- Deep expertise in Azure OpenAI capabilities.
- Experience building agents using Agentic Architecture.
- Experience with Java/Groovy scripting to augment CI/CD pipelines.
- Onsite location in New York; ability to work in an onsite environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation range: USD 96,366 to 150,000 per year.
- This range may be adjusted based on location, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions may apply where permitted by law.
