Location: Hybrid in Malta or Remote Reporting to Head of CRM
We’re looking for a data-driven, player behaviour-obsessed Live Casino & Sports CRM Manager to own CRM growth for Live Casino. Live Casino GGR is your primary focus. Sportsbook is your secondary one. Along the way, you’ll build the cross-sell journeys that turn single-product players into higher-value, multi-product customers.
Your Impact Live Casino growth
Own the Live Casino CRM strategy and promotional roadmap, with Live Casino GGR as your north-star KPI.
Build campaigns, journeys and segments around player behaviour, game preferences, providers, tables and Live Casino events.
Identify underpenetrated segments and migrate them into Live Casino. Work with the CRM Performance Manager to optimise the vertical.
Sportsbook CRM
Support the Sportsbook CRM strategy with event-led campaigns around major sporting events, leagues and the betting calendar.
Drive sportsbook activity, frequency and retention in a way that complements Casino and Live Casino.
Cross-sell & wallet share
Own cross-sell between Sportsbook, Casino and Live Casino in every direction.
Use behavioural data to decide when and how to introduce a player to a new product, rather than relying on broad promotions.
Build automated and campaign-based journeys that grow multi-product participation, ARPU and LTV.
Promotions & performance
Own the Live Casino component of the monthly CRM calendar and support Sportsbook planning.
Test new mechanics rather than repeating bonus-led campaigns. Every promotion should have a clear objective and KPIs.
Track GGR, penetration, frequency, cross-sell conversion, bonus cost and ROI, working closely with BI, Product and CRM Performance.
What Makes You a Fit
Strong iGaming CRM experience, with proven Live Casino expertise. You understand its players, mechanics and commercial drivers.
Sportsbook CRM experience is a must, including sporting calendars and event-driven campaigns.
A track record of building promotional calendars and cross-sell strategies between gaming verticals.
Strong segmentation and behavioural targeting skills, plus hands-on experience with CRM automation and lifecycle platforms.
A commercial mindset. You know GGR, player value, bonus cost and ROI, and you can turn data into campaigns.
Excellent collaboration across CRM, BI, Product, Sportsbook, Casino and Marketing.
