Job Description
- Manage civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution or trial.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings and motions, and manage discovery.
- Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, depositions, and Virginia circuit court proceedings.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful legal guidance.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
- Take ownership of your caseload while benefiting from a collaborative, well-supported practice.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Virginia.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Virginia circuit court trial experience required.
- Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Experience in commercial, contract, or real estate litigation preferred.
- DC or Maryland bar admission is a plus.
