About the Role Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join our Litigation group in the Denver office. The role requires at least 4 years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and coordinating complex client and opposing party communications, depositions, and court appearances. The ideal candidate will bring strong research and persuasive writing, analytical skills, and excellent communication.
What You'll Do
- Draft pleadings and dispositive motions.
- Assist with complex client and opposing party management and communication.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions and court appearances.
- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive briefs as needed.
- Collaborate with the Litigation team and support partners on cases.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent academic and professional credentials.
- Superior research and persuasive writing ability.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication.
- Ability to manage clients and opposing parties and coordinate depositions and court appearances.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $220,000 – 232,500 per year (USD).
