About the Role Taft is seeking a team-oriented Litigation Associate to join our Phoenix office. This role requires at least 3 years of litigation experience and involves drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, assisting with complex client and opposing party management and communication, and preparing for and participating in depositions and court appearances.
What You'll Do
- Draft pleadings and dispositive motions in support of litigation matters.
- Assist with complex client and opposing party management and communication.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions and court appearances.
- Conduct legal research and writing to support case strategy.
- Collaborate with the Litigation group to support trial readiness.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of litigation experience.
- Excellent academic and professional credentials.
- Superior research and persuasive writing ability.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a Phoenix-based office.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $210,000-$255,000 per year.
