Location

Beverly Hills, CA | Full-Time | On-Site

Join our team in Beverly Hills, where you'll collaborate directly with experienced attorneys and enjoy a professional, supportive office environment.

Note

Applicants must have an active California Bar license in good standing and 4+ years of civil litigation and/or labor and employment litigation experience. This is an in-person opportunity for attorneys ready to manage an active caseload.

Job Description

• Manage civil litigation cases from initial evaluation through settlement, trial, or appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, take and defend depositions, and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients at hearings, court appearances, and other litigation proceedings.
• Collaborate with partners on complex legal issues while independently managing your caseload.
• Communicate with clients, provide case updates, and help achieve successful resolutions.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.

• 3+ years of civil litigation and/or labor and employment litigation experience.

• Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice.

• Ability to manage multiple litigation matters effectively.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Trial experience is a plus.
