This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated commercial disputes, complex litigation, and high-stakes matters while working alongside experienced litigators representing major corporate clients.
Qualifications

3+ years of litigation experience, preferably involving complex commercial or business disputes.

Experience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

Experience in federal and state court litigation.

Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate with attorneys and clients.

A proactive, team-oriented approach to client service.
