About the Role Join SUEZ as a Lithium Workshop Technician in Wellingborough (training and induction will be in our Luton site). This hands-on, safety-focused role involves working with cutting-edge battery technology and contributing to the storage, processing and recycling of lithium batteries. What You'll Do
- Assisting in administering booking of battery collections and waste offtake
- Overseeing our Lithium battery storage, disassembly, shredding and Lithium battery residue storage operations
- Assist in customer visits to manage battery collections or to assess batteries for safety prior to collection
- Disposing and dismantling lithium batteries and recycling and recovering the nickel, cobalt and lithium content
- Assisting the Lithium workshop manager in managing the operational aspects of the Lithium workshop What We're Looking For
- High voltage training to WAMITAB standard or equivalent
- FLT Licence (not essential but desirable)
- MEWP Licence
- Full and current UK driving licence Compensation & Benefits
