About the Role Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Linux-focused Systems Administrator to install, configure, upgrade and maintain Linux-based servers (physical and virtual). You will manage access controls, design scalable infrastructure, implement infrastructure projects, and identify and troubleshoot production issues. What You'll Do
- Install, configure, upgrade & maintain virtual or physical Linux servers
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Design the infrastructure of the systems
- Implement the infrastructure projects
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues What We're Looking For
- Experience in Linux Systems Administration
- Knowledge in RedHat, CentOS, Rocky, SUSE
- Knowledge in Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
- Knowledge in DNS, Apache, LDAP, and High Availability Clusters
- Knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes
- Knowledge in automation/scripting: Ansible, Bash, Python Nice to Have
- Knowledge in Cloud Solutions (Azure, Google, AWS)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Detail orientation and strong analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
