About the role

Hiring: Linux SME / SRE Engineer – Core Linux & PCS/Pacemaker Cluster 📍 Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid 💼 Employment Type: Contract 🕐 Shifts: Rotational We are looking for an experienced Linux SME / SRE Engineer with strong expertise in Core Linux Administration and PCS/Pacemaker Clustering to support critical production environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in high-availability environments, and excellent client-facing communication.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Linux-based production environments
• Perform day-to-day Linux infrastructure operations and administration
• Administer, monitor and troubleshoot PCS/Pacemaker clusters
• Ensure system availability, reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive resolution
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on incidents and enhancements
• Participate in rotational shifts to support business operations
• Follow SRE best practices for monitoring, incident management and system maintenance

🛠️ Mandatory Skills ✅ Core Linux Administration ✅ PCS / Pacemaker Cluster Administration ✅ RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) ✅ Strong production support & troubleshooting experience ✅ High Availability / Clustering concepts ✅ Excellent communication and client interaction skills

📌 Experience

• Total Experience: 5–9 years (maximum 10 years)
• PCS/Pacemaker Experience: Minimum 4 years hands-on experience
• Strong experience supporting critical production environments
• Client-facing / stakeholder management experience preferred

⭐ Good to Have

• VMware Administration
• AWS / Cloud Platform experience
• Oracle Database knowledge
• SRE / ITIL / Incident Management experience

🕐 Work Schedule Hybrid Work Model Rotational Shifts: 🔹 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 🔹 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
