About the Role An office-based Linux Engineer/Administrator role at Canonical's London office. You will deliver technical support to employees and customers, and provide AV support for office conferences and events. From problem qualification to full resolution, you will own and manage your cases and collaborate with colleagues or senior engineers as needed to ensure customer success.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to Canonical employees and customers from the London office, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Own and manage cases end-to-end from qualification to resolution, escalating or transferring to colleagues or senior engineers as needed.
- Facilitate AV support for office conferences and events.
- Support customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products, contributing to customer success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Canonical's globally distributed organization.
