About the Role Volt is hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Line Operators in Dalbo, MN. This role is responsible for preparing, operating, maintaining, and stocking a production line, ensuring quality and safety in a cold manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. What You'll Do
- Prepare, operate, maintain, and stock assigned production line or station
- Maintain equipment in full operational status by adjusting equipment
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and notify proper individuals for preventative maintenance or issues needing attention
- Observe operations, adjust speed controls, and maintain quality
- Report food safety and food quality issues to management immediately
- Maintain and clean equipment per guidelines and expectations What We're Looking For
- Experience working in a cold environment
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Forklift experience is a PLUS Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour for both shifts (2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm; 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:00am, M-F)
- This is a Temp to Hire opportunity
