Job Description

Viju Industry Nigeria Limited, a leader in the beverage production industry, is seeking a skilled Line Operator for its automated milk production line in Ogun State. This full-time, on-site position is essential for maintaining product quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling automated dairy production processes using SCADA/DCS systems. This includes maintaining critical production parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates. You will also be tasked with identifying system alarms, troubleshooting operational issues, and coordinating effectively with floor operators to ensure smooth production flow.

The role also involves operating automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems to uphold stringent hygiene standards. Accurate recording of production data and ensuring proper shift handovers are key responsibilities. This position requires a willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, and candidates should fall within the 25–30 years age range.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or similar production environments.
• Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with SCADA/DCS or industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of dairy or brewing processes and automated production lines is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Age range of 25–30 years.
