Line Operator – Milk Line
About the Role
Viju Industry Nigeria Limited, a leading beverage production company, is seeking a Line Operator to monitor and operate its automated milk production line while maintaining product quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control automated dairy production processes using SCADA/DCS systems.
- Maintain production parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
- Identify system alarms, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with floor operators.
- Operate automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems to maintain hygiene standards.
- Record production data and ensure proper shift handovers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, or similar production environments.
- Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with SCADA/DCS or industrial automation systems.
- Knowledge of dairy or brewing processes and automated production lines is an advantage.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Age range of 25–30 years.
