About the Role Burberry's LMAS Advisor provides coaching and guidance to UK line managers on HR matters when self-service resources are insufficient. The role ensures consistent, compliant HR practices and supports leaders to manage teams effectively in line with Burberry's B Manager and B Leader principles.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a point of contact for UK-based line managers when queries cannot be resolved through self-service or AskHR.
- Provide clear, consistent guidance on Burberry’s HR policies and processes including talent & performance management, DE&I, feedback, absence, and informal employee relations; escalate complex or sensitive cases to HR Business Partners or COEs as appropriate.
