Don't just work on the production line… lead it. We're looking for a hands-on Line Leads and Assistant Line Leads who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys helping teams succeed.
Pay: $22.50-$25.50/hr based on experience
Shifts: 1st: Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:00pm (OT Sat.) 2nd: Mon-Fri 2:45pm-11:00pm (OT Sat.) 3rd: Sun-Thu 10:45pm-7:00am (OT Fri.)
Job Duties of Line Leads and Assistant Line Leads:
- Adding ingredients, inspecting containers and labels.
- Inserting scoops, applying labels, packing products, and quality checks.
- Loading ingredients, sealing bags, monitoring equipment, checking labels, and quality checks.
- Support and train new employees, monitor production KPI’s.
- Signing off on quality checks and doing tests.

Training or previous lead experience preferred, Food manufacturing experience required, must be able to lift 50lbs
