Job title: Line Engineer
About the Role Line Engineer / mécanicien régleur at the Perigueux canned goods production site, working with mechanics, operators and quality controllers to ensure optimal production in terms of quantity, quality and deadlines. You will be responsible for adjusting manufacturing equipment, changing formats, running and monitoring the line, following the production program, ensuring product quality through control plans, and performing first-level maintenance.
What You'll Do
- Adjust manufacturing equipment and perform format changes
- Operate and monitor the production line
- Track the production schedule
- Ensure product quality via control plans and take corrective actions in case of deviations
- Perform first-level maintenance on the line
- Collaborate with mechanics, operators and quality controllers
What We're Looking For
- Ideally a mechanical training/background and initial experience in an industrial setting
- Versatility and ability to keep a clean and organized workstation
- Team player with safety awareness and proactive problem-solving
