Applicants must have reliable transportation , understand English, be able to be paid by a direct deposit check, and be able to pass a drug test.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
• Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients to support efficient meal preparation
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service during busy hours
• Maintain proper food handling procedures, including storage, rotation, and waste management to minimize spoilage and ensure freshness

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety protocols, including proper sanitation, storage, and cross-contamination prevention

• Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving to support diverse dining occasions

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

• Passion for culinary arts combined with a team-oriented attitude that fosters collaboration and continuous improvement
