Job Description:
Pay: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience. Type: W-2 part-time.
Location
Charlotte, NC and Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Union, Gaston and York counties.
The role
You work banquet and restaurant lines at hotels and caterers: prep, station execution, plating to spec, and sanitation, under the property's chef.
Charlotte is our next full market: uptown hotels, the convention district, University City, and the clubs and venues around the region.
What you do
- Prep and execute your station to the event order
- Plate to spec and pace with service
- Hold sanitation and food safety standards
- Break down and clean the station
What we need
- 1 or more years on a professional line
- Black professional pants or slacks, black closed-toe non-slip shoes, professional grooming and appearance
- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone
- Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify)
- Food handler or ServSafe certification current or obtainable within 30 days
