Job Duties
Line Cook Duties

Prepare and cook high-quality food according to Oregano's standards.

Efficiently manage assigned cooking station to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety regulations.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience.
Line Cook Requirements

High-volume line cook experience preferred.

Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.

Must be at least 16 years-old and 18 years old to operate certain equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
