About the Role Line Cook at Chili's (Heart of House) supports the pace of a great shift by executing recipes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and ensuring fast, friendly service. This onsite role contributes to an inviting guest experience in a high-volume environment.
What You'll Do
- Learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
- Ability to learn and execute recipes
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and operate food prep equipment
- Ability to work in a high-volume restaurant; prior experience preferred
- Friendly, warm demeanor; team player
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
