We’re looking for a full-time Line Cook to join our talented kitchen team at Chico Hot Springs — a place where great food, beautiful surroundings, and a strong team culture come together.

This is a hands-on cooking role in our main kitchen. You’ll work with fresh ingredients (many grown in our own gardens), in a fast-paced, team-driven setting. Think scratch-made sauces, locally sourced meats, and some of the finest food in the state. You'll need an attention to detail that matches the level of our exceptional service.

Experienced on the line and comfortable in a high-paced kitchen
Passionate about quality food and clean execution
Reliable, flexible, and a strong communicator
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
