  • Start as a team member and contribute to food prep, service and guest satisfaction at a Chili's location.
  • Participate in Chili's training programs, including one-to-one coaching, ongoing hospitality skill development and leadership development.
  • Take part in on-the-job training such as schedule writing, budgeting, data analysis, and other culinary and operations tasks.
  • Develop professionally through programs like EMERGE, RISE and LEAD, and gain opportunities to mentor others as you advance. What We're Looking For
  • Passion, dedication, teamwork and spirit with a desire to grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Interest in training, development and leadership; prior leadership experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Willingness to participate in a structured development plan and take advantage of coaching and mentoring. Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Team Member average pay: $10 – $20 per hour.
  • Assistant Manager salary range: $45,000 - $60,000.
  • Manager salary range: $50,000 - $70,000.
  • General Manager salary range: $65,000 – $90,000.
