About the Role Join Chili's Heart of House as a Line Cook in Toledo, OH. You’ll support the kitchen team by executing recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring fast, friendly service during busy shifts. This role thrives on teamwork and a safe, welcoming environment. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $11.00 – $20.00 per hour
