About the Role Our Heart of House teams are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, providing dependable, fast service, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen. As a Line Cook at Chili's, you’ll contribute to a welcoming environment and help keep orders flowing smoothly in a high‑volume kitchen. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Nice to Have
