About the Role Line Cook at Chili's in Hadley, MA is part of our Heart of House, helping to keep the kitchen moving and guests served with speed and care. You will learn and execute our recipe procedures, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety and sanitation policies. This role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment for teammates and guests. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Nice to Have

- Salary range: $15.00 – $22.00/hr
