About the Role Join Chili’s Kitchen as a Line Cook in West Springfield, MA. You’ll be part of the Heart of House team, delivering dependable, fast service and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen while supporting a great guest experience. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
