About the Role At Chili's, the Line Cook is part of the Heart of House and helps set the pace for a great shift by delivering dependable, fast service. You will learn and execute our recipe procedures, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and help keep orders flowing while following safety and sanitation policies. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $16.00 – $21.00/hr
