About the Role Line Cook is part of Chili's Heart of House, responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring fast, dependable service. This role emphasizes teamwork, quality, and adherence to recipe procedures to deliver the Chili's experience. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $16.00 – $21.00/hr
