About the Role Line Cook at Chili's in Millville, NJ is part of our Heart of House. You will be responsible for setting the pace of the shift by learning and executing our recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring fast, dependable service. This role emphasizes teamwork and contributing to a welcoming environment for guests and teammates. What You'll Do
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For

- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Nice to Have
